UFO guitarist VINNIE MOORE will be taking part in the following ENGL clinics while the band are on their European tour in support of their latest album, The Monkey Puzzle: March 1 - Just Guitar & Basses in Hamburg, Germany - 5.30pm 7 - Klier Musikhalle in N?rnberg, Germany - 5.30pm 14 - Musikborsen in Malmo, Sweden - 5.30pm 16 - Musik Utan Granser in Gothenburg, Sweden - 5.30pm 17 - Musikborsen Stockholm Fridhemsplan in Stockholm, Sweden - 5.30pm. Moore is working on his upcoming solo album which will feature BLACK LABEL SOCIETY bassist and drummer Van Romaine. 11 songs will appear on the long-awaited follow-up to his 2001 Shrapnel release Defying Gravity. Legendary hard rockers UFO have tapped Rob De Luca to fill in for bassist Pete Way during their upcoming American tour after Way was recently once again denied a working visa to the USA.

Rob De Luca is the bassist/backing vocalist in the SEBASTIAN BACH band. The Bach band toured as direct support for GUNS N' ROSES on their "2006-07 Chinese Democracy World Tour". Rob has also toured and/or recorded in HELMET, JOAN JETT AND THE BLACKHEARTS, George Lynch (DOKKEN, LYNCH MOB), "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM), SPREAD EAGLE, OF EARTH, OUIJIPIG, and has recorded for Grammy-winning "Producer Of The Year" Steve Lillywhite.

Capitol/EMI has set an April 15 release date for "The Best Of UFO (1974-1983)", a new collection of the band's top tracks from the Chrysalis and Ariola Records vaults. The 19-track CD and digital album is chronologically sequenced with hits and other standout album cuts, as well as 7" single edits. Included are such hits as "Too Hot To Handle", "Lights Out", "Love To Love", "Only You Can Rock Me", plus songs from the "Phenomenon", "Force It" and "No Heavy Pettin'" albums. The CD also includes the song "Doctor Doctor" from the "Strangers In The Night" LP, which is considered to be one of the most significant and critically acclaimed live albums of the '70s.

URIAH HEEP and UFO have been confirmed for the Hard Rock Hell IV festival, set to take place December 3-5, 2010 at Pontins in Prestatyn, North Wales, United Kingdom.
